连续采煤机双向截割工艺研究及其应用

Bidirectional cutting coal technique of continuous miner

摘要: 基于连续采煤机单向截割工艺,提出了连续采煤机双向截割工艺,并进一步研究了双向截割工艺流程、工艺步骤操作要求、巷道高度对双向截割的影响等,总结出双向截割工艺区别于单向截割工艺的优点。并在乌兰木伦矿12307运输巷及12306回风巷掘进现场进行了应用,结果表明,双向截割工艺每循环进尺作业时间缩短了15min,与单向截割工艺比较,每班多完成了一个循环进尺,加快了连续采煤机掘进速度,提高巷道成形质量。

Abstract: In order to speed up the cutting speed of continuous miner and improving roadway quality,through practice summary, the bidirectional cutting process of continuous miner is obtained.The operation steps of bidirectional cutting technology of continuous miner are introduced.By comparing with one-way cutting coal technology, the advantages of bidirectional cutting coal are obtained.Field application also verified the effect of bidirectional cutting coal process.
